In December 2025, I started doing 30mins of creative exploration each day. Since then I have produced more sketches and ideas for new projects and things than probably the whole rest of the year combined. But sometimes, staring at the blank piece of paper, it’s hard to know where to start.

So I went through my camera roll and put all the photos I took in the past of things, places, colors, etc. into one folder. If I don’t know what to draw, now I can just open the folder and pick the picture that speaks to me the most and use my Caran d’Ache Luminance coloured pencils to create small 8x8cm versions.
